SLRC and IHAWC present: Indigenous Spring: A Health & Wellness Gathering in partnership with The Utah Museum of Natural History and the Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake.

Come Learn. Come Share. Come Connect. Come run/walk/hike. Come have fun! Perfect for the whole family, bring the kids too!

  • Experience a Bear Dance Demo offered by the Ute Tribe. This dance is Utah's oldest dance and has been practiced long before recorded history. The purpose of this dance is to welcome spring and celebrate new life.
  • Go on a run, walk or hike on the trails
  • Demo shoes from one of the 4 brands in attendance: Saucony, Altra, Brooks and Hoka
  • Post run refreshment
  • Checkout the shoe brands and other Health and Wellness Booths.
  • FREE ENTRY for participants into the Utah Museum of Natural History - for that day only

Meet us at the Utah Natural History Museum on Saturday, April 6th at 9am, in the Canyon Room
